It is clear that the right balance of time for law firm fee earners and support staff to be in the office is still subject to question and experimentation, with firms reporting a vast range of different occupancy levels as 2023 gets underway.  For our next session, we have a great panel of representatives from UK law firms lined up to discuss: “why are some firms getting average office occupancy of 80%, while others are closer to 20%: what explains the difference, and to what extent are firms achieving their targets?”
