Clare’s previous executive roles include: Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Sterling Talent Solutions, President, CEO and Board member of Infogroup; Executive Vice President, Dow Jones & Company, a News Corporation Company, and President, Dow Jones Enterprise Media Group and President and CEO of Factiva, a joint venture between Dow Jones and Reuters.
Clare received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Systems Management from Drexel University and a M.B.A. from Rider University.
Dan’s significant CFO experience spans more than 20 years, with financial leadership roles in both large public and privately-held companies, management of US and international operations, diverse industry experience in telecom, business services, and manufacturing, and company leadership through the full range of corporate change of control situations, including IPO, merger and acquisition, and financial restructure.
Prior to William Lea, Dan held CFO roles at Sterling Talent Solutions, Jackson Hewitt Tax Services, Hawaiian Telcom, Global Crossing, Genuity and GTE, with his early career principally at GTE in FP&A, treasury, controllership.
Dan holds a BS in Chemistry from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Chicago in Finance and Accounting.
Denise brings over 25 years’ experience in international marketing, sales and client relationship management within the BPO sector. In her 13 plus years at Williams Lea she has led many complex and transformational client deals across our regulated sectors and managed operational service delivery across business units.
Denise trained as a trainer in “Legendary Customer Service” and is passionate about senior level client engagement and superior service delivery. She is committed to development and mentorship throughout Williams Lea and her executive network.
A business studies and marketing graduate, Denise earned a BA in Business studies from Robert Gordon’s University, Aberdeen and a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Joe oversees our US legal sector business, supporting AmLaw 200 law firms. Joe’s 30 plus years’ leadership experience in the business services industry is instrumental to our growth in the US legal sector and the continued expansion of our onshore virtual support centers in Wheeling, WV and Columbus, OH.
Before joining Williams Lea, in 2016, Joe held senior executive positions in operations and business development with Xerox Business Services, Bowne Business Solutions, Bowne & Co., RSM McGladrey and RR Donnelley.
Joe received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Pittsburgh State University.
In his 21 year tenure with Williams Lea, Ed has held a variety of Operational and Account Management roles within the business and has built global operations inclusive of existing and new client start-ups, offshore operations and bespoke BPO solutions across various financial and professional service lines. Ed is responsible for driving innovation and new initiatives within the existing service scope, identifying new areas of opportunity, as well as leading global teams to provide superior service and achieve exceptional performance standards.
Ed holds a BS in History from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
Jeremy brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the B2B and B2C markets of both private and public sectors. In his role managing our Legal and Public Sector EMEA business, Jeremy ensures service excellence to clients and has an excellent track record of client growth and contract renewals.
Prior to its acquisition by Williams Lea Jeremy was Managing Director of Publishing Services and a member of the Board of Directors of The Stationery Office (TSO), the leading publisher of official and regulatory content in UK.
He has previously held leadership, sales and marketing roles with European divisions at American Express. Jeremy received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Exeter University and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
Martin’s passion for building great client engagement and customer experiences has helped drive growth across APAC for 20 years, with regional leadership roles in operations management, business development, strategic pursuit and client feedback.
Responsible for the success of Williams Lea’s APAC operations across 10 countries, Martin specializes in recruiting, managing and motivating multicultural teams; complex change management and project implementation; influencing and engaging across businesses and geographies; strong business growth.
He is passionate about building high performing teams, supporting people from different backgrounds with diverse skillsets to work and to achieve great business, client and personal outcomes.
Martin speaks Mandarin and Cantonese, holds a BA joint honors in Chinese/Management Studies from the University of Leeds and an MBA from the University of Manchester.
Nick combines business and technology acumen to drive innovation and growth initiatives for Williams Lea worldwide. Responsible for delivery of technology-enabled solutions to our clients across services and sectors, Nick’s success at Williams Lea is highlighted by multiple complex technology engagements, including technology integrations, application consolidation and development and on-going support for ENGAGE, our digital client platform.
Prior to joining William Lea six years ago, Nick spent more than a decade in technology leadership roles with Deutsche Post DHL, supporting the technology requirements across a range of business units and sectors.
Blesson is a Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner and oversees our best-in-class offshore support operations in Chennai and Cochin, India.
He has built and led teams in creative and digital services, business excellence, innovation, data and analytics, public relations and communications.
Prior to joining Williams Lea in 2008, Blesson was responsible for establishing global contact centers and transitioning back office operation services for Zenta Mortgage Services, Sutherland Global Services, and Choice Connex.

Since joining Williams Lea in 1996 as HR manager, Karen has followed an upward career trajectory to her current role as executive leader of Williams Lea’s global HR function, responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development.
Karen specializes in executing talent strategies which effectively meet and enhance business performance through recruitment, development and retention of our most valuable assets, our associates.
Karen is passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is championing Williams Lea’s efforts to establish an authentic and sustainable DE&I program that further strengthens our business.
Karen holds a degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
Aaron leads a team of dynamic legal professionals, with oversight of a highly specialized risk and compliance department, that collectively manage the legal and compliance standards for the Company world-wide.
Prior to joining Williams Lea, Aaron worked for DHL Supply Chain North America as the lead advisor on labor and employment matters, managing litigation and serving as the dedicated commercial contracts negotiator for the Automotive, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Chemical & Energy business units. Prior to that, Aaron was a partner for Ice Miller, LLP with a focus on management representation of labor and employment matters.
Aaron has a law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of law and an undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
Tomas is responsible for designing business cases for investments that will enable growth. In his Governance role, Tomas manages the governance structures that enable organizational effectiveness. Beyond these core roles, Tomas leads the pricing and pipeline reporting functions that drive our profit strategies.
Prior to joining Williams Lea, Tomas spent five years at McKinsey & Co., focusing on serving Private Equity clients – his time at McKinsey was spent in four different offices (Buenos Aires, Madrid, London and Dublin) and his international project experience stretched to APAC, Africa and North America.
Tomas received a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business & Information Systems from McGill University in Canada, a Masters in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires and an M.B.A. from the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School.
