When Williams Lea wins new contracts or additional contracts from our clients, often as part of that contract, employees from the client organisation are transferred to Williams Lea. They become a Williams Lea employee on Williams Lea’s payroll and part of Williams Lea’s management structure. However, often their day to day work and tasks remain unchanged.

TUPE is a piece of UK legislation that exists to ensure that in these circumstances, the rights of the individual employees are protected and that the process of transfer is managed swiftly and professionally throughout.
