We want our people to settle in as quickly as possible and achieve peak performance within their roles. That’s why our Learning and Development teams are on hand to advise managers and staff on every aspect of learning and career development.

The Learning and Development team work closely with each person’s manager to look at:

• Experience to date and future ambitions
• The core skills needed to succeed in a role at Williams Lea
• The career options available
• Activities available to help the individual learn more about the business and develop their skills

As part of this process each person has an annual review, a personal development plan (PDP) and a six month interim review, where each individual’s development is discussed.
