Williams Lea global: Beachcroft selects Williams Lea for transformational back office support solution

Williams Lea has signed a five-year contract with national commercial law firm Beachcroft LLP.   
Williams Lea has signed a five-year contract with national commercial law firm Beachcroft LLP to provide a number of transformational back office functions. The deal will see Williams Lea remodel current inbound document processes with the introduction of a new scanning, indexing and document automation system, delivering significant improvements in both compliance and storage. 

Beachcroft LLP is one of the largest national commercial law firms in the UK. Working with both domestic and international organisations, excellent service delivery and in-depth insight into clients’ businesses are at the heart of the firm’s strategy. The solution from Williams Lea will not only improve the client experience but also create internal efficiencies by migrating the firm to an electronic environment. "This project will enable us to undertake some of the process aspects of litigation and claims handling work more effectively and also enable us to move towards electronic working," said Simon Hodson, Senior Partner. "The Williams Lea solution provides a new environment that will allow lawyers to concentrate on the complex legal tasks which require skill and judgement and that add most value to our clients."

Full implementation will be complete in early 2011.
