Carla manages the Williams Lea creative studio onsite at MBNA. Her role involves engaging with clients and continually meeting and striving to exceed their expectations. What gives Carla pleasure in her role is seeing her team's enthusiasm about the work they are delivering and their full engagement with the client’s objectives.
